Cathedral Rock Proposal | Sedona Engagement Photographer

These two were out West for a family vacation and Chase wanted to pop the question to Maria at any epic spot in Sedona. Luckily, Sedona has no shortage of epic spots. We chose to do it in the morning at the very beautiful and popular Cathedral Rock.

Chase told Maria they'd be doing a photo session, so they were appropriately dressed up (for future clients, I would definitely recommend changing clothes at the TOP of the hike). In the middle of the session, Chase got down on one knee and whipped out the ring! She pretty much knew it was coming, but was of course still incredibly happy, especially to have photos of it!

The Cathedral Rock proposals are nothing shy of an amazing spot, but a few recommendations for sessions there:
- Sunrise/early morning is best because the parking lot fills up FAST!
- Bring appropriate clothing and especially footwear. It's a short but very steep hike.
- Bring plenty of water!!!
