Utah Elopement at Snow Canyon State Park | Utah Elopement Photographer

Before I dive into this one I have to straight away thank the amazing Hilary Kao for having me second shoot this amazing elopement! She found all these amazing locations and was the lead photographer. :)
Without further ado… Cathy and Kevin’s elopement day was absolutely incredible. They had originally planned a more traditional big wedding, but as with most weddings this past year, it was thwarted by COVID. Then they wanted to elope with this small group at Big Pine in California, but then wildfires thwarted their plans yet again!
So then they settled on these spots near St. George, Utah, in and near Snow Canyon State Park.
And omg. Thank goodness they did, because it was the most epic backdrop!
They were the most fun, adventurous couple and were totally down for everything. They even climbed the wall of a slot canyon and posed there for some epic adventurous photos. Not to mention their AMAZING DOGS, who we picked up halfway through. They have a corgi and a shiba inu that are obviously different breeds but somehow look like twins. My goodness.
This day was beyond perfect. A million thanks again to Hilary for having me!!! Safe to say my first time in Utah was a success!
