Grand Canyon Engagement Session at Golden Hour | Arizona Engagement Photographer

I’m so excited to share this double session of these two Arizona adventurers! Allison and Zack love Arizona and wanted their engagement photos to showcase an incredible part of the state. They were hoping to do their Grand Canyon engagement session in a couple different spots (it’s so worth it to see the canyon from multiple vantage points!). So I suggested that, to maximize golden hour light, we do a sunset AND a sunrise session! Each at different spots that are respectively perfect for those times of day.

And that is what we did! I took them to two of my favorite areas of the Grand Canyon, and we made some magic with both golden hours.

These two are big on adventuring. They love to hike and rock climb (whoo!!) and experience all that Arizona has to offer. They’ve been to the bottom of the Grand Canyon before. And we also could see Mount Humphreys in the distance in Flagstaff, which they had recently summitted together. They were down to stand on any cliff edge or sit in any dirt that I asked them to! (Keep in mind - I never ask anyone to do anything I wouldn’t do, and even so, my clients always have veto power if something makes them uncomfortable. Safety and comfort first!)
