These cuties. 😍 I did a couples session for them when they visited Chicago back in June. When Rachel saw that I was coming to California for a workshop and roadtrip, she jumped on the opportunity to have me document their love AGAIN in their home state! There is a special place in my heart for repeat clients. It feels so good to know that someone loves your work so much that they will invest in you and trust you AGAIN to continue telling their story. It’s no small thing. ❤
For this shoot, these two picked me up in downtown LA where they live and where I was staying and we drove up to Malibu for a GORGEOUS session at El Matador State Beach. California did not disappoint (it rarely does). The sun shone down on us (right in our faces at times, but I’m not one to let that stop me), the waves crashed around us, and the rock formations on the beach are just incredible. There is one giant rock that looks like an elephant! Nature, man…
